Yes, I can see that it would be...
What's the trouble here? Were you expecting Ghost to finish your stations in some way?

purno: that's incorrect, your work wíll be in the set. just don't expect everything to happen on such a short notice.

I know. But my overpass wasn't included on the website, last time I checked.

The website is badly behind because I am quite confused about what's acceptable and will be included. I've asked for clarification but astath has been busy.
BTW, I will be gone soon for two weeks and there will be no website updates during that time. If we can get this clarified today, I'll update things right away.

hmmm, well, i'm not allmighty on the do's and don'ts. i guess if there's one who should be, it's Aegir, who i'll follow completely.
anyhoo, the website can wait. i guess the most important moment to update anything (yes, ànything) will be a next (pre-)release.

Sorry, I meant Aegir. Names too similar... I thought the avatar was wrong though.

Don't worry, Ghost; you've still got to learn!
Hey, what happens!? did you want to enter the forums and be already Michael Blunck?? That's never going to happen, and do you know why? because you have to draw a lot! draw a lot, make a lot of mistakes, miss a lot of perspectives. If you hear the advices we will be giving you, during that process of improving you will develope something that is called "self stlye". Even in such a small sprites you can see the difference in sprites done by Purno, Zimmlock, George or DanMacK. They weren't good since the first time, they had all to learn, as you are learning now. That is the process that made their sprites so special.
The learning process doesn't have an end, that's what makes it funny, you always want to improve, you always find new goals.
Don't run, but don't stop. With perseverance, you can do it.

Good question. They were in the set for a while, and now they aren't. What did happen to them? I liked them.

Iv'e still got them. I saved some of the old grf's incase some of the graphics didnt turn up. good thing is, that some of them all work together with no errors!

they'll be in the re-done grf's, in the near/distant/unknown future.

keep it up. By the way, there's a slight point about what I said that I wanted to make clear:
I wrote:did you want to enter the forums and be already Michael Blunck??
Actually this phenomenon, by some reason that nobody can understand, has already happened once in the known existence: Michael Blunck was already Michael Blunck (in all senses) when he entered this forums. But that's an intriguing fact that should not distract you from your practices.
Back on topic: there seemed to be a clipping problem with those freight sheds... but I didn't even have time to realize they were released. Well, let's hope Aegir gets the correct version of them, I would like to have them too.
Was the clipping a problem with the sprites, or with the coding?

Astath is correct, they were removed due to being, well, drawn not good, isometric tile dimensions wise, graphics wise they were sexeh.
I've recently been fixing the dimensions (Like I do to almost all sprites, so dont take it personally), and they *will* make their way into the next release.
And umm, well, yeah. Thats about it.

Are Generic Station compatible with stations already in TTDPatch, or do I have to choose between TTDpatch stations and Generic Set?

by Purno
AFAIK, all station sets (including the originals) can be used next to each other, although platforms and such don't look the same.

/me crawls out of his nice, warm, cozy den.
Ughh?
Yeah, s'pose so. I've been busy working all week, and all last week I was busy with school.
I'll most likely do some more work on it tonight or tommorow.
/me climbs back into his den and goes back to sleep.

Aegir, with such an excellent set so far, you can afford to take a break. Besides, it's cold this time of year

.
Obviously the artists are eager to see their stuff done, but I am more than happy with the selection we have at the moment, and considering the speed of the earlier releases... well! Awesome job
