That could be a challenge to draw without 3d modelling. Or even with, unless you can find some schematics for the sections. :)

hey i saw this building in reality 7 days ago travelling from Kalmar to copenhagen, it's really impressive you can see it from far away.
i wish good luck to the one who will draw it.

ok. Well if we can't get any coding progress then maybe this should just die.

But... *splutters* but... but...

You can't let it die. The thought of you actually finishing something must spur you on!?

Yes, but as the sprite data base gets very large. We have no coders so basically we are making them for nothing. I will continue with this, but we desperatly need a coder. I think no one is coding because of the past things I have done.

You can always start learning coding with GRFMaker. The easy parts come quite easy, and you can start using your trains. The fancy coding stuff can come later. See my Swedish trains for example, I've coded them myself with GRFMaker, with no previous experience in coding grf:s. It's not a perfect grf, far from it, but it's enough to start playing with the trains.

Naa, it's a skilled trade that few people take the time to learn, thus labour is always in short supply when it comes to coding. It's like trying to find a good carpenter. Learn to code and everyone will love you.

Besides... No one can code an unfinished project...

You don't need a coder til your set is done.

A friend of me has promised to start learning on NFO coding.. And now he's back on holiday, so I HOPE he'll really start..
As I really didn't understand anything about the tutorial  .. And GRFMaker doesn't work here.. Anways, we'll see :)

I would like my first two skyscrapers out of the set, because I will update them later. I will continue to work on the airports.

Molace have you done the terminal and things like that yet.

Yes, the terminal and other airport buildings are just needs some final touch, they're around 95%,
the airport tiles are around 25%,
the small airport and both hangars are complete
The docks and the ship depot are around 25% too.
I will upload the to the database and post some screenshots and mockups about them, maximum in a week.
And i think you should ask coders personally to code the set for us.

Good Day, Everyone

Well, you obviously didn't try hard enough then.

graphicsmaster, dry your whining eyes and get over it. Heeps of sets spend months and months of power-house drawing without a coder. Take the ausset for example. You just need to collect all the sprites and be ready when someone does volunteer.

Yes, I got errors when I first started using GRFMaker, but with a little patience and help from some other users I figured out what the problem was and corrected it. Have you tried following the starter-guide at http://wiki.ttdpatch.net/tiki-index.php ... ngGRFMaker ? That helped me a lot :]

Here is the mockup of the large future airport.
I asseverate that: (so i won't get accused for plagiary)
The terrain textures and the passageway are BASED of The Total Town Replacement Set (i completely recoloured or redrawn all of them).
If any of the owners got a problem with that, then tell it to me.
The buildings, the hangar and the transmitter are own.
The radar are the original TTD one.

Tell me your opinions about it.
