It seems so.

I'm busy with work now, so I don't have much time to draw anything. Besides that, ehmm...... I'm don't like drawing cargo carriers as much as passenger trains

And Saskia doesn't seem to do anything too.....

But keep on the good work!

Would you be so nice and supply me with a coder, at least?

by Purno
AFAIK, all coders are busy with other sets :?

IIRC, Saskia said she could code, but I haven't seen her code any railroad vehicle :?

Anyways, I don't think is useful to ask a specific coder for help so I just ask help for coding from anyone who reads this

I'll ask in CSD discussion.

Come back when you think you want to draw some more freighters :D

why don't you do something new?

Seems like all the developers are busy with other projects.

right now I am resizing most of the displayed vehicles, to make the Fit to CSD engines, but I am not sure, how would they fit to other set's engines.

But if you want do do something:
Colonel32 wrote:Bad news - all the wagons I drew are in a bad scale (height) compared to CSdset, and redrawing will surely take some time, which would could be used to draw new things.

DEVELOPERS! PLEASE READ! Could you take the Gbgs freightcar and try how would it fit with the sets You are working on? (especialy the freight engines) and post some screenshots? (only photoshop, you know what I mean... I would nned to know, if we should use the this height or lowered for the standard cargoset. THANKS
take a look at the posted atachment. The "big" is the scale as it was made earlier, while the "small" is the revised version. If you could take those two pics, compare them to existing graphics of other sets, and let us know the results -> which size should be used for the European Cargoset, the project could actually move forward again.

it would be a shame to let this project die, since it's rather great.

But I am not MB to do it all alone - and as you can see, at the moment I ask for something, everybody goes blind and deaf :(

I don't know, the last few months I haven't drawn anything for TTD. The main reason is that I like other things more (useless things like MSN, my forum, etc.)

I might draw something when I don't have an internet connection somewhere (for example when I spent a day at my grandma's house). I will be able to draw some trains then (5 or something).

But I contributed to lots of sets, but only a few have coders. My main project is the Dutch trainset but there's no progress lately there (AFAIK).

I know the Finnish trainset has a coder and are waiting for more graphics.

I think it's better to spent the time drawing on those projects that have a coder. That excludes the European Cargo Set and (AFAIK) your Australian set.

I'm very sorry that I don't draw things anymore. But I just can't do things while I like other things more. Fortunately I have made a tutorial so there's at least something useful I left :)

I won't forget these forums soon, and I will check sometimes.

Besides that, if you want to draw and have some questions, feel free to contact me over MSN.

Purno.

i'm very sorry to hear that purno... and i am also very sorry to say that i have had a look at your tutorial... and (no offence) but it is s**t, everyone i know that has tried to use it has failed because everything is so poorly described... and why are you tring to get others to draw cargo sets when you are not willing to lift a finger yourself... i think you need to tell your silly little purple men to stop worshiping your sorry arse and come back to earth... and as far as i know Colonel32 has stopped drawing until the others lift a finger... as he said..."As soon as i ask for something, everyone goes blind and deaf"... well i feel the same... if you want people to do things for you, you need to do something for them! You might as well shut-down the Euro CargoSet because it's going nowhere... sorry mate, but you ain't a god! (Someone needed to tell you)

i'm reading forum couple of weeks and i alredy learn how to draw. i'm trying to learn how to code but it will take some time. i'll help you with pleasure because the number of graphics you made Purno is impressive. i dunno, but best will be when you tell me what is to draw, or sth.

You can draw anything you want, the best is to draw a thing and show it, so people will say is it good and what optionally should be better

and please edit posts (there is edit button near your post) instead of posting second message
