Please note that my patch pack (admittedly built against an oldish version of OpenTTD) incorporates this clipboard patch. It can be found here:

Your version can transfer tracks between .sav games! And the right mouse button works properly, which was not possible here in some versions! But it's a very old version 1.3.2 and newer games won't open. Thanks for that anyway !
