A bit of a bump. I guess this still is the only TTRS thread, atleast the (openttd) wiki and the forum search lead me to this one. I have a problem with TTRS and parameters, I just cannot find a manual which helps me.
- The skynet site is not available
- and using the search I only find some users posting their parameters and the troubles they have with that,
- finally, when downloading the grf there is not a txt file (of some kind) that says something about the parameters.
That information is not enough for me to find out what each parameter is supposed to do. So my question: is there some kind of resource with help on the parameters that I am missing?

Is there a way to disable the bank-industries in TTRS? As together with FIRS, they produce and accept sand :)
(No valuables cargo in FIRS, but sand instead)

I'd like to slightly update this newgrf without really changing it, though. I contacted Csaba and Zimmlock and they're fine with that. One of the most important aspects I like to add is the parameter description and then possibly their translation. As they're a frequent issue but OpenTTD now supports to supply those information, we can do add that without breaking anything. So please give me translations :-)

edit: Foobar was a bit quicker with the dutch translation.

edit2: A tiny remark, I have no clue about NFO coding, but it seemed to me there were a few inconsistencies with 00 at the end of a line and punctuation.

Well like I said, I've got no clue about NFO coding, but DESC seems to stand for description, thus being a more extensive description of the functionality. Looking at the first two DESC in the file, the line terminates with a '.' whereas this is not the case with the later DESC. If I'm wrong: I didn't say anything and I'm sorry for wasting time :p.

Your correct that DESC stands for description. I added periods in the appropriate places for the Dutch translation.

Might be better written:

Also I think "existing" should probably be "default" instead but I'm not 100% on the functionality
