No. The first engine of Euromed S101.001 had been destroyed in a tragical accident where died 2 people. Then Renfe repair the engine and do it like TGV POS:

Some voices are telling that Renfe is going to change Euromed series S101 for other trains, but I don't know which trains will put renfe in this service. Some blogs tell that renfe will put S130 (Alvia) doing Euromed service. Remember that Renfe only bought 6 trains S101 and they need more trains to do this service.

Few minutes ago I could find a news where explain that renfe want to use trains that can run in international gauge and spanish gauge (Series 130 "patito"). This trains do the route Barcelona-Tarragona using High Speed existing lyne and Tarragona-Valencia using Conventional lyne.

New sprite of a Catalan Regional: UT 448 in the service "Catalunya Express"


EMU series 448 (with Renfe Operadora's colors): Max Speed: 160 km/h
Similar to TRD characteristics
(UT 448's sprite is a improvement of UT 444's existing sprite at spanish set)

EMU "buque" 450 was using a 269 locomotive in red colors. Years later 450 was reformed. I think that this detail could be included in the set.
Other difference is on EMU 448: First in "Intercity" colors (yellow headed) and later reformed and painted in orange colors.

I discovered a bug in spanish set taster: AVE S-100 Started at 1994 in the set. Really it started at 1992 in EXPO Sevilla.
Some unprecisions of EMU 450 "buque":
-EMU 450 composition is: Rc-R-R-R-R-Rc (2 locos and 4 cars). In TTD only have 2 cars.
-Real reception year was 1988-1990 using 269 locomotive. In 1991 they stop to use 269 locomotive.

Among other things, you will find the newly-drawn train sprites which have not yet been coded posted here.

Have all the other trains been coded? I think that they have but I am not 100% sure. What's remaining before a full playable release, just the pricing and minor adjustments? We may as well see about getting this out.

But I know nothing really about Spanish trains so I have no real content, appropriate graphics, or anything much really, it's just a shell copied from the release website of my other TTD projects. Suggestions and contributions welcome...

I'm not sure, but in a first look I can guess that the "problem" is that after the day that the train ordered (in the GRF) to start the computer add a random number of days (between 0 to 511 of days) untill the introduction.

Yes, TTD randomizes the actual release date within 2 years (or so) after the coded date. So really, you want the coded release date to be a bit before the real release date.

I have added the original bridges in the High speed tracks, but most of the original bridges are not useful. Some GUI sprites of OpenTTD are not replaced.

Those sprites for the slopes have the rails too far apart.

Do these tracks always replace the third railtype, or can they also replace the fourth? I'd like to use them in combination with Purno's metrorails (used with the 2cc set).

Fourth? There is no fourth railtype. There are only three.

I noticed a bug with the first livery of the "Buque".

Anyway, the Spain Set is one of the best train set I ever used! Keep going!

There is, but in OTTD, thus this is OTTD question.
Btw, mart3p modified narrow gauge tracks for compatibility with both Patch and OTTD. You should ask him for cooperation.

I just tested the Spainset and the FEVE together. It looks great!

My idea is to add different Spanish narrow gauge trains (FEVE, Euskotren, FGC, FGV...). But I am not a good artist or coder. I will publish a new release with a few trains more that I have coded. Also, I have the Seville's EXPO 92 monorail, but I think that It would be better release it in a "World's monorails" set.

Some trains are very bad drawn, also, I have drawn it with opening doors at stations and different loading stages for freight trains.

It is compatible with Spanish set in OTTD (It uses the monorail slot). In TTDPatch I don't know, but with a new railway slot It must work. The new feature railtypes will allow use more railway slots, but It is still being developed, and We must wait (It will be an awesome feature).

The Transcantábrico is a very good idea:

This is the GRF file. Some trains are... bad drawn (others needs to be retouched). Also, It can have some bugs, and It isn't translated.

Yeah, they do need some retouching I think. Not bad though!

For the record, I have received the complete working files from Death, making it much easier for another coder to continue work on this project. Real Life has intervened with Death, unfortunately. If any coder is interested in completing the project, please ask for the files and I'll send them to you.
