The first shows the same Class 47-hauled Intercity service (seen above) heading towards Manchester with two Class 158 Regional Express units heading for Sheffield and a Class 321 NWT service approaching Stockport on a Manchester-Crewe service.
The second shows two Central-liveried units, a 153 and 156 from Coventry and Dudley respectively, approaching Birmingham New Street.
Finally for now, at the junction between the Manchester-Stafford route and the lines to Crewe and Sheffield, the Class 321 is held up by a Mainline-liveried Class 37 delivering food to Meadowhall Food Processing Plant near Sheffield. Really love that Class 37, one of the best IMHO!
