Very nice I see you decided to go for single cab locomotives in the end and I look forward to seeing some of this in your usual high quality paint liveries

all I can say is that most north american locomotive designs since the switcher have looked like each other so however the idiot was I suggest they either contribute some code and produce a model or maybe just shut up and appear less ignorant. How many of the models currently on download have not used MSTS to LoMo conversions or are not from Trainsim etc? Not many I'd guess as for copyright to the shape yes but unless you specifically have breached a trademarked shape and that shouldn't be hard to check I'd say carry on afterall you are creating via another platform and designing in blocks that are shown as original worklegs4poets wrote:Well I got this in PMuktrackbuilder_loco wrote:Very nice I see you decided to go for single cab locomotives in the end and I look forward to seeing some of this in your usual high quality paint liveries

thats a f59phi from train sim you did a lousey just painting to look like you created it ---- end clip.
I agree it looks like one .....So I presume that it basic shape is copyrighted and I can't go any further with it... Prehaps I'll give it a hump in the middle to alter its shape enough, or would that still be wrong?
that is a pretty funny diesign, but high HP now days can be made in small packages, I would loose the extra axle at the rear of the locomotivelegs4poets wrote:This would be the finished product. Now just a matter of waiting and seeing if someone else may have made something similiar to this. Noticw a mid-ship hump. Has a high profile high HP engine
The B-C design has been tried before and it does seem to work not sure however about the safety factors at speed as the front end will probably "hunt" due to the shorter bogie wheelbase at that point, I would tend to go with a C-B arrangement to give the front end more support. The hump is a good idea just put it down to UIC regulations regarding the use of exhaust silencer systems and say its a DESIGN factor.legs4poets wrote:This would be the finished product. I agree. It is in poor taste...Plastikman wrote:Well.. now that you mention it.. once you added the hump.. it looks a lot like somthing my dog made once. similar color too...
Ok that joke was in poor taste.. just make it already lol... spit out a lomo beta
I dont like it... It looks like a pitbull or somthing with to large of a head.legs4poets wrote:How about GP7/9 with newer stlye cab
about as much as my UFO i made for Lomo.. I wonder what ever happened to that..Train-a-Mania wrote:It looks like an RS1375 - or something like that name.
What exactly does this have to do with Farmlands?
lol everyone knew i made that.. lolTrain-a-Mania wrote:So that's the secret thing you made for LoMo!
Well the I was going to use my version of a crowl type cab but alas Maple Leaf tracks or 3dtrains has a version of that cab and I don't want copyright issues. It does look lots better with the smaller crowl cab.Plastikman wrote:about as much as my UFO i made for Lomo..
