I'd recommend enlarging the circle the planes use when circling the airports, otherwise those big planes will look a bit silly.
It might be possible to make a special 'cargo' class that have a special circle to follow, like the helicopters and there might be just enough busy bits left to make it work.

Well I'm not a coder, at all. Just getting navigable (ie using up & down arrow on a few lines of text) in Basic is a bit hard.

If you give me the graphics

If you give me the graphics I will program them. I can't do graphics but I can program.

I have done programing for ships trains and buses but not as yet planes as you can see with my super tanker I can fiddle with some variables.
I have had a thought

I have had a thought does anyone have any idears on how you would program the osprey! It would have to use a pad then one climbed it would switch to plane mode.

The graphics would be close to the 777

The graphics would be close to the 777 and the specs would be about the 767 range. The mane reason to get it wouldbe efficentcy I guess

I just was on our yearly 'lobster-party' (we eat lobsters... yeah, great reason for a family get-together

). I can send you the template for the aircraft, and you simply need to search for anything that has a '???' in it and replace it. After that, send it back to me & I'll make it into the .dat.
I did a little experimentation with all company colour aircraft, and it actually looked quite good. A bit too dark but that's easy to fix. So I can send both of you the template later tonight (about 18GMT) and send you the templates & pick... two(?) aircraft for you to make the stats for. If you want to pick them yourselves, you better tell me fast
As I've now done the
Messerschmitt Me 323 I could just aswell do the C-5 Galaxy

And the C-17. And whatever plane you might want to see ingame! Just give me the 3-view image of it OR show me a plugin which can import FS5/FS98 aircraft into 3dsmax5. Then I could do Every aircraft ever made for Flightsim into Loco (after asking for permission of course).
EDIT: About the Osprey. Yes it would be a Helicopter, but somehow the bogeys (which I
think are the propellors/rotors) should rotate wether landing/taking-off or flying. How this is done, I don't know...

Vinnie, I like that plane too

But could you put your url into text?
Code: Select all
Text for the Link
Please?
-------------------
I figured out how the propellors work, and am now building the neccessary scripts for it. But meanwhile I'll give you the template .xml to get those stats for the aircraft! And they are (please use exactly this name to replace the name field):
Airbus A300-600ST 'Beluga'
Antonov An-225 'Mriya'
ATR 42
ATR 72
Boeing 377 'Stratocruiser'
Boeing 727
Douglas DC-9
Ilyushin Il-62 'Classic'
Lockheed L.049 'Constellation'
Lockheed L.1049 'Super Constellation'
McDonnell Douglas MD-80 'Super 80'
Messerschmitt Me 323 'Gigant'
Vickers Vimy Commercial

Similar to 707, but thinner and the engines are in closer... and I think it looks better...
Well, just some suggestions. You can use them if you want, or not.

I wanted to have more Soviet jets but it is hard to find orthographic views for them...

Well now, there is a spiffy site!
Strangely, they have a different blueprint of the Tu-144 than what I found... and they are sadly lacking the 787 as well.
However, can add the IL-86/96 and Tu-134, 154, and 204. The rest are just upgrades really.
I've been on the TU144

I've been on the TU144 and it is not worth including.
(Here is the one I have been on)

It's not the matter of is it worth, its a matter of do I like it
