And there is not like one single European yield sign. As already mentioned there is a Dutch variant and in Sweden the background is yellow instead of white.
If you want to have it in a NewGRF I opt for the European one in your post as it is easiest to distinguish without any text.

To be honest: What do you want? That someone makes these things for OpenTTD? There are better ways to ask it. Now it sounds like a less clear version of: I want this and somebody should do it.
