Yeap, somwhere around here the Dutch folks are working on it. I think they're dealing with coding at the moment and possibly some final artwork. But don't quote me on that, I'm a little uncertain.

There need to be some data transfered to get the set going again. As soon as we gathered everything there will be progress awaiting. Unfortunately we didn't document what we did and didn't do very well so it's hard gathering all necessary data.

TBH, I lost interest in TT, and drawing, a bit. Fortunately, most of the artwork is done, I believe. Most important we need is a coder, AFAICT.

There's no need to call on a coder, there has been silent diplomacy lately and as I said it now comes down to gathering the required data.

I'm willing to try to code it.. I really want to understand how the code works, so I know how much work coders are putting in to get those thing working.

Unfortunately I don't have internet (as usual) so it would take a looooong time to code it if I was to do it..

Updated daily, contians the entire NewGraphicsSpecs structure.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

I'll say it again then: we don't need a coder we need time.

I may be able to get you some data from the 1960s-1980s locomotives. Do you have a table of what you have and what you need?

Our website contains a vehicle list with all data we have. Anything you got for us which is missing, would be nice, AFAICT.

I vaguely remember having discussed steam locomotive issues with Hyronymus some time ago (because some of the dutch steamers were built by german companies originally).

Now I see that you´re still missing nearly all stats for "power". Is that true?

Because another large batch of dutch steam locos have been built by english companies, it could be helpful to ask at

http://www.worldrailfans.info/forum/

where there are both dutch and english experts.

Thanks for the heads-up, Michael. I'll surely check that forum and ask for details. I remember the chat we had about the steamers but did you give me any data at that time?

Just some info updates from my site:
Mat 24 Blokkendozen was also used a motopost (locs used to carry mail) we could have that as cargo change. (pec is already part of the coaches)

For further info, there is a locomotion project which has already valuable data which might be used to complete the set. They have a whole lot of information...

I know that site but we mainly need info on steam engines. They make strange distinction between MU's and Passenger Trains btw :D.

I really don´t know, a year has passed and I had some trouble with my mail server since then. So, all I found about that are theses snippets:

I could, however, try to figure out missing technical data (hp only?) about those locomotives mentioned above, if still needed.

That would be great, Michael :). But as you may have ntoiced we ditched the 9600 (T16) as there were only 3 around at any given time and they presummably won't bring anything new to a game of TTD due to their low speed.
