Because the file .GRF was over 25,000 KB it needs to be zipped up to upload.

Added more to the Ruins and Construction menu.
This is a multi selection set with 8 choices of each.
Top left and Right .. construction of 7 building and demolishing 1. The Cranes overlap on to the roads.
Bottom Left .. buildings a Power Pole. There is 2 power poles and 6 cranes.
Bottom Right .. changing steam lights.

Last few days working on ideas to go with the "Bicycle Paths" and also the "Parks + Paths"

Made some subway entrances, a tunnel and some bridges to use. These are in the Object Selection" Menu called "Parks + Paths"

There 7 different subway entrances (3 of them I copied from my Station sets).
The 2 object bridges can be made as long as you like and can go on land and water. Only normal height available.
Sorry you can not try just yet. Be several more days before they be ready as want to do some bridges for rivers and lakes.

Glad you like the bridges. These are object bridges and not designed to go over other objects, roads and railways lines .. yet. Will make some over laps for them when get chance.

This morning work on bridges over lakes and rivers, then no more till Friday.

I think the bridges over rivers and lakes is finished.

I am running out of room in the AuzTownObjectsAddOns sets so had to make these multi select. Can only add 6 more objects to this set. Once it is full I do not intend to make any more town object pieces.

To get an idea what I been doing .. look at my previous 2 entries and see some images.
This morning I added a bit more to the suspension bridges shown in these 2 images.

There is overlaps for the suspension bridges .. but will only overlap 1 tile (just 1 road or 1 railway track).
The images you see are the maximum height these can be built.

I suppose can let you enjoys these. (You might need to unzip these before placing in your games folder).

Subject: Parks + Paths

Last Thursday I visited a park called Gregson Park, located in suburb of Hamilton, Newcastle NSW Australia and took a few photos.
Now I seeing if I can make a model for the game based on what I seen.
Have no room if the AuzTownObjects and the AuzTownObjectsAddOns so I putting these in "AuzObjectsPre1900V11"
Beside the park is old so should suit being in this set.
This what I done so far. It has slope fences so can be build almost anywhere in game.

I plan to add monuments and other things of interest that you would find in this and other parks.

What some things have you seen in parks near you?
I placed these in the Parks + Paths menu.

Looking at changing the menu and separate the parks pieces in to a Parks Menu. And the pathways and the bicycle pathways put these all together in a Pathway menu. If you have a better name for these please let me know.

AuzTownObjects, AuzTownObjectsAddOns and AuzObjectsPre1900

Might be update releases to those 3 object sets .. hope by end of the week.

Changes Made:
Before I had "Paths + Parks" and "Bicycle paths"
Changed them to "Parks + Play Grounds" and "Pedestrian + Bicycle Paths.

In "Parks + Play Grounds" you will find park boundary fences, fountains, monuments, kids play grounds and other objects associated with parks.
I had a try making a Australian War Monument based on a photo I recently took.

In "Pedestrian + Bicycle Paths" you will find various types of path ways, concrete, bitumen, Cobble Stone and bicycle paths. Also plan to add a dirt cross country path.

Also added these pretty kids Play Grounds .. I made these early in the year and then forgot about them :roll:

You just reminded me I believe some places do a monument for Gold Miners. One of the parks in Newcastle, Australia also has part of a shaft for a coal mine. Just have to remember what park it was and go see if it still there.

Even today, some people are still looking for gold. There is a program on the satellite about it. It could be another "vehicle", a gold digger carrying his little catch to the bank.

Been making slope aware pathways.

Plan to do 2 more of different dirt colours so they can be used as 4-wheel drive tracks and as fire breaks in forests.

Next question so of you guys and gals might be able to help me with .. looking for 4 wheel drive vehicles to add as objects to some of these pathways.
If your a coder and made some vehicles and you have any 4 wheel drive vehicles in your set .. any change to get a copy of the source to them so I can add some object ones.
Can PM them to me if wish.

It's true that the original looked like the roads were levitating ;-)
This is so much better! And I'd probably try 4 pixels, but you'll see for yourself how it will look.

I think I throw the idea of paths on side of slopes out the windows. I don't i,age there be paths going a long the side of a hill level. I imagine they be climbing at a gradual angle. so wonder if I can design something like that. Back to the drawing board to see what I can do.

Now I managed to disguise the objects of Quast's subway so perfectly that I wanted to put a train station in the supposedly empty space :lol:
