Note that this will void your warranty.
Well, if something does'n work after i changed, i don't complain, i search wich one of the grf f*** up, remove it and replace it with a different grf that will workFooBar wrote:Warranty as in "right to complain when it's not working".
Gues that depends what grf u remove, sofar i never had issus with messed up game saves. But then again, i load my game and change after my grf.Alberth wrote:Removal of a newgrf is one of the best ways to really mess up a savegame

You didn't have issues, but I did have them (trains without power because I changed catenary/track GRF, invalid track reservations for all trains because I changed the signals with a GRF), so it only is a matter of time before things go wrong.THE_JUDGE wrote:Gues that depends what grf u remove, sofar i never had issus with messed up game saves. Tnx to Foobar little typ how to change that grf add - remove issu i am able now to test better certain grf on the scenarios i build, so i can test out what fits best to my scenarios.
Say Foobar, is there some way to change the scenario nature? Mean, i build a scenario in temperat enviroment, but like to change it in to snow or dessert WITHOUT rebuilding the hole scenario... .

You can always save the heightmap and load it in a different climate, but that doesn't take your towns and water to the new scenario (but it is cleaner that cheating the climate).
