Don't mind if I do :) It's already on the todo list. I based the shapes on your work, so you certainly made my life easier :)

Don't think those are feasible, as the vehicles wouldn't obey the direction. Unless you make it 5x5 tiles, but then it will look more like a squareabout... I'd need graphical convincing for this ;)

err, thank you? That fixed my apetite for the morning :p

Hmm, I was thinking for motorway intersections, something like this: ?

Unfortunately I don't see how you could do a small roundabout for single roads either :( But I think motorway roundabouts would be just as nice

Convincing enough :)
Basically these were the classic motorway interchanges, before they invented cloverleafs and fly-overs and such.

I have a book about the history of "Oudenrijn" I may be able to draw some inspiration from.

IM confused why you couldnt do a roundabout. A single tile which would overlay a raised bed in the middle of a square road with black and white chevronned signs.

You can only make it one-way if it's at least 5x5 tiles in size (or 4x4 if you don't mind it to be asymmetric). Which is rather large. It being one-way is essential for it to be a roundabout, which you can't do in 3x3 tiles.

Which leaves the highway intersection roundabout lawton27 suggested as the only feasible roundabout solution.

True, but for the purposes of eye candy, would it really matter? After all you can't use the third lane in the motorways, or even the second lane, which is pretty much the same principle.

Presumably you will be able to use the middle piece for the highway roundabout on it's own with regular roads as you suggest if you wish :)

I was about to say the very same :P

I guess once there's a roundabout for the motorway intersection, one could use the middle bit of that for a regular roundabout as well. As it's the same center tile, only there's four legs instead of eight.

Oh heh, I just asked in the other topic if you did those yourself :)

I'll include these in the next version.

Can you please add the road signs like these for Dutch Road Furniture 0.6.1?: Image

Doublepost.

You do make A LOT of requests jermboy. Why don't you just open mspaint and draw them yourself?

Aside from that, in respect to the detail you can show in Openttd, im not really sure when you would really want to use these signs. The other signs developed are representative of road features you can make, but aside from the crossroad symbol perhaps, im not sure what purpose these have.

And that is enough  . Have a warning for failing to listen to the moderators.

To be more clear:
- stop making the same demands in multiple topics
- stop creating multiple topics for the same demands
- stop doubleposting
- start taking some effort in learning to code

Please continu on topic.

This one we already have.
For the rest I'd say: draw 'em and I'll add 'em.

Also, there will be no new features in 0.6.1. I'm not even sure yet if there will be a 0.6.1...
There certainly will be a 0.7.0 with new features, see the issue tracker.

There's a round sign with a red border, a white middle and some black stuff on it. While I intended that as speed limit sign, it could very well be this one on TTD scale. Try drawing this sign in TTD scale, and you'll end up with something almost exactly the same as my speed limit sign.

The rest of your post I cannot follow :?

I'm entirely unsure of how useful this might be, but I editted the current third line pieces and removed the divider rail.. it was fun to do at the very least xD

Did you photoshop those out or what did you do?
I should probably tell you that I have everything as separate sprites... See http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/dut ... y/show/gfx for details.

These median pieces are built from seperate pieces. The left third lane is a separate piece, the right third lane is a separate piece, the guardrail is one or two separate pieces.
A middle gantry tile is even 7 separate pieces :)
