Changing the Game Resolution?

Post by Drifting »

Is it posisble to change the game resolution? Mine´s running in what seems like 640*480? Thought the game had the option of 800*600 etc, but cannot find out how to set it? Have the patch program (Which I might add works a treat on XP) but could find nothing about the res?

Drift..

Unfortunately this topic has come up on the transport tycoon newsgroup many times in the past, and those in the know say it is impossible. Sorry I cannot say anything more useful :-(

The only way you could stop it from "looking awful" would be to run it in a window (the Windows version), use a small monitor, turn off scaling functions if you have a TFT monitor, or adjust the controls on the monitor so you get a small image in the middle of the screen.

Well, when Drifting posted it, I'm almost certain that topic didn't exist. Note the original post date...

It would be better to close topics that are older than 1 month (there wasn't a message for a month) but some of them could be still avabile like 'My TTD doesn't work on XP' :D ...

I don't see the point. They can be useful sometimes. This only came up because of helpman posting it in and making it unread!
