The thing I need to know is what part of the palette is for transparent, what is company colour 1 & what is company colour 2. Here is an example for what I'm looking for: (although it's for civ3)

Sorry to sound sceptical but isn't the C-5 used only by the military because of it's rediculously high maintaince costs? And if you go search for the An-225 you'll find that it's Huge

OK, how do you like this? Next is to render, re-palette (takes 1min both) & align the 2 other jets. Then I'll release the Jet part of the pack. Now, how do the bogeys work? Can I make new bogeys?

Cant you copy the way the original bogies work?

I was thinking about the osprey... It should have tilting engines, Maybe a custom bogie would work?

Jets: I ran into a bit of a problem, the lighting isn't good... the larger aircraft still look wierd. I saw that the original planes didn't have a distinct heading for the light so I'll start experimenting tomorrow. Now it's 02AM & humans unfortunately need some sleep ;)

Paasky, that looks just great! Keep up this fantastic work, someone really needed to start on something other than trains.

Perhaps, but I don't think it's used as a civil aircraft and I'd like only to do civil ones. I mean, If I did an Battleship, would you use that? (OK, bad example :p)

if you get those blue edges cause of anti-aliasing, you are using the wrong filter. I personally recommend Blackman filter, it produces smooth renders, and doesn't cause sharp edges.

Yes I'm using blackman, perhaps it's because of the small wings? Ie part of the AA goes off the edges. As it doesn't show on the fuselage.

nice aircraft, might use them, plus that palette up top might help me complete my Vickers R100 Airship :P

Yep, I noticed that when something is only in company colours it really doesn't need any other colour expect black>grey>white.

I'm still getting some lighting problems (half of the A300ST is in the wrong company colour) but I'm trying to get it right. and when I do it'll be a friggin' factory ;)

Paasky,
I seem to remember you uploading files to make airports such as small and medium available always.
I tried to install that and it didnt work for me.
Do you have the file that could be uploaded here again for me so that i can give it another whirl?

Cheers!

About the AN-225, normaly the Lotarev D-18T powering the aircraft are bigger than the one on the preview.

But anyway, it's a truly beautiful work you've done.

If you're looking after pictures of the different aircrafts, you might use: http://www.airliners.net (their photo database is truly amazing).
