I've been noticing in some screenshots that the Earth Slopes just don't look very good in the sand or snow. I was thinking that it would be nice to have 2 more earth slopes for these landscapes. So I made them and here they are. I hope you'll like them and want to use them. Let me know what ya think.

Nice work i added the sprites to some bridges so i can use them in every game, i think that that's better since we can only use 8 bridges and there are about 16 original and non original bridges released.
anyway i really like these slopes, as you can see in my screenshot i added the sprites to the wood and grider bridge if you were planning more slopes the suspension and the arch bridges don't have slopes either.

Thanks, I'm glad you all like them and yes, I think that's a good idea, Martin, for the scenerios that change from snow to grass. maybe you could try to replace the ground-textures with only transparency in the DAT. just a thought. dunno if it´s possible.

i did all models/renderings/textures myself. no conversions.

I just did the Rock1 and Rock2 slopes and here they are. I'm unable to find the sprites for the green and white landscape that Martin was wanting but I can probably do them from screenshots. I'll mess with them later. The Rock slopes are in the first post above..

I dunno if it's possible, but maybe you could mod the earth slope in the natural grass colour to have snow in the winter months, I don't know for sure if you could implement this or not but it sounds like a good idea.

Yes, that would badass if there was a way to implement that but I don't think it's possible. I've been looking at things when it changes to see if anything else does the same thing but I didn't notice anything doing it so I don't think it's possible. I really liked freepoekie's idea to add these to the default bridges that don't have slopes since there are only a few avaiable slots. I'll probably be doing that in the next few days. freepoekie, if you wanted to add all of the earth slopes I made to the other bridges that don't have slopes like you did with the two you showed and release them, it would be ok by me. i'd run into some trouble with the speed limits of the wooden and suspension bridge,
speed limit's on slopes is not realistic....

it wasn't really a request. I just figured since it was your idea, it'd be only propper for you to do them all if you felt like it. As far as the speed, I would make them all unlimited. I don't know how everyelse would like that tho.

A swing bridge in lomo would be quite an interesting thing. I personally like the look of the older ones, like the swing bridge at Little Current, the only bridge connecting Manitoulin Island to main land.
[/offtopic] It used to be used for trains, back in when it was built in 1913 by the Algoma Eastern Railway, and was in service for both trains and cars until sometime in the 70's or 80's when it was totally used for road transportation. It's still swings today, I've both driven on it, and gone past it in the water while it swings. [offtopic]
Or a vertical lift bridge, like bridge 13 at the Welland Canal.
They'd have to be just for looks, and not move.

i have another bridge with the sprites here, it is the wood bridge with snow slopes added, it has no speedlimits so for slope realistic but for the bridge not... 
Tattoo could you also make dry grass version of an eartslope, dry grass is used a lot in the american scenario's if you clould that would be wonderful.
