Wozzar: Both crashes would seem to be caused by the NewGRFs.
Try replicating those scenarios without them and see what happens.

DanMack: I too have been yearning for the minimum distance patch to be rolled in. I'm a bit freaked out to admit this but I kept waking up last night after dreams of walking up to a yellow Volkswagen Beetle and asking the occupant (which I assume was Tiberius) to include the patch...

So at the risk of losing more precious sleep, I went and did it myself.

Attached is my Win32 binary which incorporates Tib's patch pack and the minimum distance patch, updated to r14029.

Please note that this build was only compiled a short time ago. I've done some rudimentary testing and all seems to work though...

Hi,

Has anyone encountered the error; Orders: failed loading save game: too many orders. after that it crashes to desktop. I'm still r13810.
was playing a multiplayer game and the save file wouldn't load anymore.
haven't tried this in the newer build as it won't load the scenario anymore.
All my projects are GPLv2 License.

I've got another wish:
Make the red path markers switchable. A couple of friends of mine refuse to play with me because of these markers. "Eye cancer" and blah... I can live with them, although I liked the old grey ones better. :-)

Keep up the great work! And thanks for the Autosep-patch! :-)

you mean the PBS Reservations? You already can deacitivate them in the Patches menu: "Show reserved paths"

I don't want to deactivate them completely. They are just too flashy in red. Dark grey was perfect IMO.

oh sorry, my mistake. but in this patchpack the palette which is used for these reservations is "hardcodod" (at least it was until YAPP was included to trunk). I believe you could download the code, find the line, change it back to the grey palette and compile it again. ;-)

The latest version's using PBS in trunk, and I didn't modify the coloring code, so it should display reserved path in dark gray ...
I may implement/fix/tweak/eat/ditch it soon (or in distant future, if at all, so don't hold your breath).
If anyone want to be the one please implement it for us all 8)

Well... Maybe I should actually extract the new binary package instead of just copying the old folder and then forgetting about it. :D
Paths are as grey as they should be. :-)

I'd like to see that patch included, too. Especially because it can be set to default behaviour, nobody should be bothered by the presence of the patch.

This would have been the second patch that I would have requested. Thanks for already including it.

Anyway, great patch pack, thank you for the good work!

Hi,
Great pack, I love it. Just a small request. Could you make a version which includes the paxdest? I really like to play with passenger destinations. I know the patch is not exactly perferct, but for me, it works well enough.

That would be great.
Thanks.

It is probably better (and more stable, even if it's not done yet) to implement the new cargodest that Celestar and peter are working on :)

Does anybody noticed, that in the last version trains are not broking? IMHO it's a bug. For example, trains with reliability of 50% has no breakdowns during 1year of work...
Let's add more maglev/monorails engines to UKRS/DBXL and other sets! :)

No, venhicles breakdowns are set to "normal"... BTW, the same situation with the latest russian community patch pack. Will test a clean trunk, maybe there was some mistake in last version...

Add: tested with nightly r14172, .cfg file and GRF sets are the same - all OK, trains get breakdowns...

Can anyone tell me how to play this with Paxdest? I don't really understand how to get Paxdest working since it's been rolled into a fork now. I have BuildOTTD.
