New Monorail graphics

Post by Gremnon »

Since I have very little in the way of experience of making my own grfs (I only do graphics), I've edited this directly into the main graphics file for ttd.
What this does is remove the brown trenches that normally appear around the monorail track. Bridges, tunnels and road crossings have not yet been converted (will do if there's a popular demand), and this is only for temperate (again other climates by demand).
Any help in putting these into their own working grf would be appreiciated.

For this kind of thing, use grfdiff (included in the grfcodec package) to create a .grd file of the changes you made relative to your standard trg1r.grf.

Then use GRDtoGRF on that .grd file to create a .grf file.

And I advise to read the manual and the ttdpatch wiki.

And of course: Have fun in the world of GRF editing :O

Oh well, we all make mistakes when we first start out. I'll work on this bit more and re-release it when I'm done.

Still, feedback while you wait for me might be nice, give me something else to do when I've finished.
