What will it be like? A nice get-together with some cake and later a BBQ
In order to plan the cake-party and BBQ it'd be awesome, if participants could list here what they would like to bring to the BBQ. Alternatively, especially for those with a long travel distance, I'll accept donations and I organize some cake(s), meat, salats, drinks, bread,... I just need to know how much to buy
The space in my appartement is somewhat limited and seems to be taken already mostly. I can recommend the Hotel am Wollmarkt (50€ single, 80€ double room), but there's a number of other hotels (also here) around, also some cheaper, though I don't know them myself.
For those who are interested and stay over night, I can happily give a sight seeing tour through town on Sunday.
And sorry for this late notification: we have been planning this on a somewhat not giant scale for some time on IRC already, but I only now go public with this as I'm meanwhile confident that in case of bad weather I can organize sufficient tents (the convenient inexpensive event locations were already booked when I checked a month ago), so that it could work out with more people than fit into my appartement
(school, exams, parents, etc.)
