i have patch alpha 34 game crashes when i try to load a game or click any thing on the front screen

I had the same problem. Now it's solved.

If you use "newstatsw.grf", try to place that at the bottom of the list in your "newgrfw.cfg" file. This worked for me so hopefully will it work for you too.

Did you turn on the "newhouses" switch? Can you turn it off and see if it helps?
