Just got JGRPP.

I have just downloaded and installed JGRPP, and I am now wondering how to access all the features of this patch.

They're in the normal settings menu of the game. If you have any questions it is best to use the patch thread
here. The first post also has a list of additions, you can search for them in the settings box (not game options), you may need to enable expert mode on the category at the top of the settings box for some of them to show up. If you need help with any of them, ask in the thread there and i'm sure everyone will be happy to help, and probably quite quickly because a lot of people use it.
