Negative Company Value? On the new version of OpenTTD I have a negative company value! I'm assuming that's normal because I'm paying off loans?

It's due to a combination of factors.
How much money you have on loan is one of them.

But, yes, mostly the loans. Pay it off and your company will start gaining value.
