Update to Engine Flippers

Hello Loco Community,
One of the recent updates ( v22.06 I think ) to the OpenLocomotion project has made the requirements for objectData files more restrictive, and some objects such as the Engine Flippers from CLW caused an error when loading a saved game. The Flippers had a max speed cap of 65535mph, which I reduced to 32767 mph (for Hexadecimal reasons). Also the cost was unacceptably low when used by the math loco uses to calculate inflation.
Here are the three Engine Flipper .dat's updated to work in open loco.
- FLIPPER123.zip
- Updated CLW Engine Flippers

I've come across another vehicle with similar problems, the Construction Tool from the Dekosoft Packs. Updated file here:

The TRAM2 object file I have has a top speed of 20mph, and a normal cost. You may have a different error, but not the same one I've described above.

@Valk : Thanks! I'm glad I could help!
@ Kuma Bear : That's a good idea. I haven't seen a narrow gauge engine flipper either, but it would not be difficult to make. Probably just swap trackst for trackng in the .dat file.
