So this is an odd one. Here's what I can think of. If you're using GRFs, some of these do indeed make the waypoint itself not visible, as some people prefer non-visible waypoints on their nice shiny track. Another option is if you have transparency options set to not display stations, this will cause waypoints to also be invisible, as they share the same setting and affects both.

However, I am slightly concerned by "the very right button", as at least on my version of OpenTTD, this is not waypoint anyway. Heres a quick overview, its possible you may not be using this layout though, I don't know 100% if all versions of OTTD have the same layout, regardless of OS & any GRFs. However this is the layout on the vanilla OTTD i have installed. I have pointed to the waypoint button, vs the 'very right button' of both of the boxes produced when building track.

Thank you very much. So it's impossible to create a waypoint inside the station?

In the sense of placing a waypoint on a station tile... that is indeed impossible.
However, you can remove station tiles and place a waypoint between them - but that's when you'll be making pretty big and complex stations possibly :)
You can only place a waypoint on a 'clear' straight track tile. With some clever designing of things, you can create some pretty effective stations/junctions however for busy networks

The ugly little secret of waypoints is that they are actually a kind of stations, just stations that the trains can't stop at. That's why they have to be on flat, straight track, and can't overlap with signals or other stations.
