Recently I've built two tunnels which are of the length of 48 Km and 80 meters long which costed me ~1.200.000.000 Euros to build.
So it should be ventilated, right?
Or will truck drivers run out of air?

OpenTTD does not simulate carbon monoxide poisoning.

(Also, I am pretty sure there's a setting for maximum tunnel length.)

The price includes the necessary air treatment facilities.
