Hey I'm new to this game and wanted to test some things out with the plane mechanics.

Does anyone know how to increase the tendency for plane crashes?

Send large planes to small airports. At each take-off and landing, the plane will crash with 5% probability.

AFAIK the only other way is patching the source code.

Not sure if that's the crash you're looking for but if you remove all airports while plane is in the air it will soon crash.

After some more diligent research I realized that I am unable to do exactly what I wanted but I really do appreciate you two offering advice. The tip about large airplanes having an increased crash rate at small airports helped a lot so thank you!
