I have in my mind an idea of a scenario of this country as it is small on world maps because I wanted to make a map but I better thought of another scenario which I will give more information in another post. (If it is very large, make different parts and this area Australian and American trains are used)

Well, ... uh ..... why do not you do the map of Guatemala? What would you need?

You can generate the heightmap yourself. This thread contains the instructions.

sorry but I have to say 2 things
1. i'm not have photoshop or one program similarly
2. is for locomotion (i'm view one map of GT for ottd)

If Locomotion can use a grayscale image as a heightmap, these instructions should work for Locomotion as well. You might have to convert the generated image to another format, e. g. PNG to BMP.

You don't need Photoshop to edit images. You can use GIMP or another free application.
