Wannaroo Extra Industries are some industries I've written for experimentation/testing/fun, but may be useful in your games. The set includes: Distribution Center, Lumber Mill, Distillery, Hydrocracking Plant, City Hall, Desalination Plant, Recycling Chain. See readme for more info.

No Idea if finished but as in first post: Available from the in-game online content system.

Start screen, Check On Line Content, scroll down to New GRF and then find ( the New GRF starts with WR, They are listed aphabetically)

Oh, I found readme file :

Recycling Chain (2 industries): : Transport recyclables from the Depot to the Plant, then deal with the waste in order to produce steel | paper | copper. Waste transported % must be at least 65% to enable 2nd cargo production.

BTW, I can translate you rlang file to czech or slovak if you want
