Where is the new road type available? I can not see it.

From the front page :
NewRoadTypes - NewGRF-provided roadtypes, similar to railtypes, allow users to have slow roads and fast roads and dusty roads. Now available at your nearest Content Download window.

You need to download one, there is a choice, from the GRF list.

Go to 'Check Onine Content' from the start page of the game.

But I can't find it in 'Check Onine Content'.

It's just one type of NewGRF like any other. The descriptions (and sometimes their names) will tell you which ones will provide road types, which will provide landscape objects, which industries, rail types, houses or whatever.

Here is one:

ISR Roadtype Set Add-ons.

Once downloaded and added to the game before starting new game, check the parameters and adjust to suit. This applies to all downloaded GRF's

There is a small list of NRT-enabled road/tram sets and vehicle sets available on the OpenTTD NewGRF List
