im a computer novice but a huge fan of this classic.

im struggling to get sound on any bit version of ttd. iv installed both versions 32 and 64 but it will not give music or fx no matter what I do.

please can someone take the time to help a novice like me rectify this issue.

What operating system and version?

OpenTTD is distributed without the sound files. You have to install the sound files from the original game or the free replacement sounds.
