I started in Sub-Arctic in 1929, no mods.

I thought trains would appear in 1945, but it’s 1947 and the train construction tools have not been available still.

How do I make trains appear?

Sorry if this is an old question that has already been answered.

Introduction date of vehicles is randomized by +- 2 years. In default arctic climate, the first train is scheduled to appear in 1945, so did you accidentially just stop before it appears in this game including the per-game randomization?
