A bug? Vehicle can't go to that station

Is this a bug? Vehicle can't go to the station though there is a straight way.

Known bug in 1.9.3 (and no other versions).
It's because the station sign is above a tile that does not belong to that station, the solution is to extend the station so it's below the sign, or force the sign to move.
