Hello! Can somebody tell me where to find catcodec executable?
I guess it's not too well advertized
EDIT: uh... hm... binaries seem to not be there for some reason...

.I can't find it in whole NET
.Maybe somebody has it on PC? Can somebody post it in zip or rar please?

[x] linux amd64 binary
[ ] linux i686 binary
[ ] macOS 10.14 binary
[ ] macOS 10.12-10.3 binary
[ ] windows binary
[ ] Visual studio and try to self-compile
?

I've no clue whether I can create working windows binaries. Test at your own risk

I've also just put together a Win32 build using MSVC 2019.
