Kinda need help uploading Scenarios via MUSA

I'm trying to upload a ECS Vectors version of my USA-Canada 4K Scenario that I made recently and I'm unable to figure out how to get it uploaded with Banana's uploader down.
When I try to upload my file via MUSA it gives me an error and uploads nothing.
I dunno whats going on or how to fix this, I was able to upload a newgrf update to my North american track set but I can't figure out how to get this working for scenarios.
