AI company bug

During a bigmap game I tried to buy out a rival company but where it says buy 25% share in company it's faded once I've bought 50% and I can't buy em!
Anyone know what's wrong?

Do you have enough money to buy another share?
Also when you buy a share in a company does that company get the money?

I'm around 25 years into the game (1960) ,about $8000000 in the bank ,competitors set to two ,but the second still doesnt exist yet nor has my only competitor built a train!
I have more than enough cash to buy them out yet the option's faded

The ai-implementation in BigMap for 0.3.1 is broken. Don't expect any good results..
(that was for the train part
Buying him out should not be a problem..)
