Hello OpenTTD Community,

I am having an issue with my Road Depots whenever I build them and attempt to open them to purchase vehicles. Specifically they will throw an error message "Can't build road vehicle depot here... Building must be demolished first".

This error is happening where ever I place the Depots and even in new games that I am creating.

I've even tried a fresh install of OpenTTD 1.7.2 and it's still happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you enabled the option that build tools stay enabled when you use them? then if you build a depot you're still in the "build depot" mode, which you need to exit (by pressing [ESC] or clicking the "build depot" button again), then you can click on the depot to open it.

I actually figured out it. For some reason, I need to wait for a few days to pass before I attempt to click on the depot.

Odd issue, but I am happy to have it all sorted.
