Train Wagons on Maglev an Monorail

I've got a simple question about the train wagons.

Using the Patch 2.0 rev 1

Is it usual that there do not appear cargo wagons for each monorail and maglev?
I can only buy wagons for passengeres, mail and values.
None for coal, wood and so on.

Can I fix this somehow or is it usual?

Here, or 'db_readme.html' somewhere in your TTD directories.

It's there for realism - the TransRapid is a real train that will never carry bulk goods.
