remove-the-AI-non-used-roads tool

i'm bored because the AI continue to build roads that doesn't need and i'm going mad to build stations and tracks... and some times the AI builds crossings and if my vehicles decide that is the shortest way a crash can happen and I lose them so
can someone improve the tool to remove the roads which the AI won't use for a long time?

my suggestion instead of yours:
- better AI
- using TTDPatch road obsoletes: not used roads taking by towns

you won a lot of nothing!!!
i have tried to buy AI, but is complicated to sell the entire road network because i love compete with more AI than 1 and i have to search what road is of one AI or of another AI

There is a patch to disable using road (disable build road and buying road veh)...
just us this patch, and you won't ever be annoyed with road from AI!

this happen always, by chance I have the AI more fool than everybody?
EDIT: when i target an industry, that is mine and only mine, i buy a "fence" so the AI can't build a road or a railway through it
the AI has not understood that is possible to pass under the fence

Yes. the weirdest thing is it keeps trying to build against the "fence" very annoying..
Also it is always digging in the ground.. up,down,up,down then more down then up again then down.. man.
nice screenshot of stupid ai btw... ( really insane.. that one i din't see yet )
