Bundesbahn set [Planning & pasting - 2,13% done]

Official description (edited):
Create a passenger focused extension set for a future basic DB set, that follows this set. Until the DB base set is not released, you should use the original TTD trains to be safe, that no vehicles are overridden by other train sets. The base set will then safely replace the original vehicles.
This project was founded, because:
- MB has a strict copyright on the DB set
- Many colors are not correct
- Many vehicles don't look close to the originals
- Many important vehicles are missing
--------------------------------------------------------------
(Original text continues here)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Here are some examples of vehicles I want to include:
DONE "Kakadu" 1st class + dining:

Old style "Silberling" steering car:

Do you need any help from a graphics artist?

*hehe* Thanks Purno ... The cab of the Steuerwagen (from S-Bahn) looks a bit wrong, and I think the roof hasn't the right color (compare train and photo) ... I send you the pcx tomorrow
Any suggestions what shall be included are welcome!

Can you include a photo?

Of the S-Bahn? Some photos are on the page that I linked in my sig. Here's another one where you can see the roof:

At Home I'm going to re-use the old sprite for the BR 420:

and draw pantographs for the BR 403

Who's going to code .nfo files for this set?

by Saskia
Probably me, if I don't find someone who is really good

Interesting.
I thought the DB set had a lot of passenger stuff already though
and....... jesus purno stop trying to make graphics for everything.
This way there will never be a set that's going to be finished.

I thought the same, but the more the better

Why??? If I make graphics, it doesn't slow down the coding progress.

But the DB set is missing a lot of stuff (have you ever seen a S-Bahn? *g*), and has too many "old" wagons that are useless after a few years

and the modern DB vehicles are boring and ugly

As long as you don't mean the ICE, it's fine to me

As long as you only mean the old ICE, it's fine to me too
Waddya think of BR 202?

And if yes, which version?

We'll see
Hmmm ... Transrapid:

I'd like to include TR 04 or TR 05 in any case. What about TR 06 and/or TR 07? The Prinzipfahrzeug (principle vehicle) has only four seats, but looks cool

We could enhance it in lenght, if we include it ...

Be happy that we got a serial drawer

Well to be honest I'm not happy about that at all.
He wants to draw for everything.
Making it dull some times.
Anyways, I think the ICE3 looks incredibly cool!
And the newer engines in the DB Set are also pretty nice imo.
The old trains have some very ugly colors.

Let Purno do what he wants. As you can see, he has no problems with it, otherwise we hadn't so nice graphics

Let me say some things too: you'd better get in contact with MB as soon as possible. To me it looks you are going to edit graphics made by someone else without having the permission (yet). I am greatly against this way of working, for what it matters you to. To be clear: making something really new, like trains that aren't derived from trains in TTD is OK for me. But the DBset was drawn by Micheal Blunck and you are about to edit it.

Has someone Michael's email address? *g*
PS: Say something about the Transrapids
