could somebody help me to remove limitation of newgrf.Cause I Reach the message that I reach maximum of Newgrf and I would like add 4 more

you could use JGR Patchpack

As mentioned, you would need to modify the source code of OpenTTD. Most of the currently updated and popular patch packs automatically include this modification. JGR's patch pack is an excellent option, I second it.

That's why it's suggested to use a patchpack. Somebody already did it all for you!
