Hello folks.

I have been playing OpenTTD for years but had a wee break. I come back to it now and start off a game to get me back in the swing of things. I have reached the point where i'm making huge money so want to buy shares in the competitors companies but when i open their company box (The are over 6 years old) the buy or sell shares tabs at the bottom are sort of blurred out.

If anyone can help out it would be much appreciated

The rivaling companies are watching you closely, and decided you were a threat to their profits. They also feared a hostile take over.
They agreed not to give you any shares, thus giving you no choice but to fight it out with transporting goods.



Sounds like a good story, doesn't it?
