My 'Mod-less' scenario for Locomotion

I maked a scenario which calls "The 'Unmodded' Scen".In this scenario you will need only the Loco Expanded version.Select all the files from LocoExpand and North America region and you can play it!If you want, you can mod it with your stuff.I soon will post screenshots.
