Wally is a texture editor that just has that feature. Load up the lomo.pal palette and start editing each sprite.
Sadly, it doesn't seem to work with Company Colours.

I have Wally and the palettes. I have been using the lomoveh.pal palette. So what your saying is that if I use the lomo.pal palette I can make the background blue? I'm not really getting a definite answer here.

I'm going to have to put that on hold for me, as i'm working on some Mail Cars.
Godspeed.
(BTW Manuel18, all the download links on your site (http://hst-locomotionmods.blogspot.com/) lead to viruses. Could you please re-upload the files? (As well as your other stuff that isn't on there like your ACS-64.))
If you just wait through the ad things it takes you to the file. Works for me.

Well, for me it takes me to one of those scam pages where it forces you to let them show notifications.
Also i've made some extra trains for the 1850's - 2020, will upload soon.

Just deny the notifications and wait for the button at the top right to say "Skip AD" You will get to a mediafire download link.

I'm interested! What trains? :]

Fixed. I have been deleted ad forwarding to earn some money. I was doing that because on my country things get hard economically

Makes sense, Venezuela's economy hasn't been the best. Thanks for re-uploading the files though. :D

Ok, so 1 - This is a massive bump, but just stick with me
2 - I've redesigned the "Horseless Carriage" to have an actual hose pulling it. Available from 1824 to 1921, and cheaper than the WMC.
It's now called "Omnibus".
I might redesign the Steambus in the future, definitely will reduce it's insane speed.
To help ease the insane prices that are mucked up with the pre 1900 budget system, I've kept the speed at 40.

If I ever come back to this project, I'll ask you to help me with the graphics, They were a pain in the tuchus to draw by hand, and I wasn't very good at it anyway. Also OpenLoco fixes the problems that were caused by the pre-1900 scenarios, so pricing is no longer an issue.

Awesome to know you're still around. Working on my Hunter Valley pack, I might throw in some early coaches or something.

Started work on some re-texturing of some of the LE assets. Currently working on a new camelback, I've finished a couple early steam engines such as the IR "Fairy Queen", and SAR "Blackie". If someone could figure out how to add a tender to the Baldwin 6ft. I plan on converting the NG freight cars to SG use for the early game, but I still need to figure out the DAT names. I might use some Ce2/2 tram sprites for an early game coach, thoughts?

Working on a new Baldwin 8ft, planning on adding a tender to it. So far only this 1 sprite has been made, out of hundreds. Don't expect this to be finished anytime soon. A couple other things I've made are some early Landerbahn style freight wagons (NG cars converted to SG), a revised Camelback, 2
new steambusses, and much more.

That looks really good! I can't wait to see what other textures you'll make!

Only 39 more to finish!
