So I was at a, well, my brother was at a goodwill yesterday, and he found this!
I drew some scratch marks on it to illustrate how scratched up it is (didn't come out on in the picture)
I tried installing it on my windows XP virtual machine.
Last night it launched, but 3/4 of the screen was black and the rest was heavily artifacted.
Now when I launch tycoon.exe it just says "Unable to setup SVGA display"
I've played openttd 0.1, so I imagine that it can't be much different.
Still an interesting find.

While this is an interesting find, it would rather belong in "General Transport Tycoon" than in the Off-topic section if it is to be its own topic. If not it's own topic, I'd perhaps slot it in under the thread of Randomness. Please try to post fewer topics, you seem to average 5 or more every day. Sometimes, an existing topic can do the trick just fine.
My Scenarios:
Archipiélago Hermoso (Latest Release: Version 3.2)
Turnpike Falls (Latest Release: Version 0.91)

The original Transport Tycoon has many differences from TTD (or indeed OpenTTD 0.1). It won't run on XP though, you'll need Windows Me or earlier. Try DOSBox, perhaps.
