Update on TTDPatch status

As many of you will have noticed, Lakie and I have been working on the Patch lately. Our cuurent goal is to get 2.5 released as a stable version on the TTDPatch website. 2.5 has a permanent feature freeze while 2.6 has a temporary change freeze. No new work will be done on 2.6 unless it also applies to 2.5. The freeze on 2.6 will be lifted once 2.5 is finished. Once 2.5 is finished, both Lakie and I would like to try and get TTDPatch's implementation of the NewGRF specs as up to date as possible and keep it up to date. For 2.5 there are currently 10 issues that Lakie and I need to work on, get feedback for or investigate before another 2.5 test release is made.
