Mini NewGRF: Add Flip-in-Depto to NARS2

The North American Renewal Set is one of my favorites. Recently I've been playing another game using the set and went looking for a fix for th e "Flip in Depot" setting. Apparently nobody had done the quick fix to add the flag back to the engines (or at least my searches found nothing).
So I'm presenting this small NewGRF to do just that. It will add the Flip-in-depot flags back to most of the diesel engines in set (see the picture below).
It is available on bananas as "NARS2 Override".

I think it would also be awesome to had such a thing like this for UKRS though *hint hint*
