Articulated vehicles (the ones that actually bend when they turn the corner) cannot access the regular truck stations. You must use the drive-thru truck stations.

The stations a truck can go to should be defined by the cargoes they can carry... Could you post a screenshot showing which cargoes they can be refitted to with the grf set you are using?

You are very welcome to translate it, but the set was not designed to be easily translatable... It would take a fair bit of recoding to make that possible which I am afraid I don't have time to do! Someone might be able to help out though...

Well, if my "contributions" on Pikka's av8 and UKRS2 sets had inspired me something, your newGRFs look similar in terms of translatability!

As long as the repository on DevZone is up-to-date enough, I think I can try to see what I can do!

It is trivial in terms of how to add translations,
but it's not that trivial to get it right and test it out.

Chinese characters, which have to enable UTF-8 and cannot be written into the NFO file directly,
adds another layer of difficulty. Fortunately I already have a Hex Editor around!


EDIT:
For all problems I have mentioned, I already have solutions in possession and doing work.
It's just that I wish to finish up my translation work on UKRS2 and av8 first.
I will come back to eGRVTS right after finishing them.

You only need to translate the file in this post with a text editor that can handle Chinese characters.
Then you send it to me and I compile a new version.

here we go:

changes since release:
- added Chinese translations
- added explicit support for Coffee cargo
- slightly reduced running cost for early horse buses
- increased power of horse vehicles (to prevent stalling on slopes mainly)
- increased capacity of hopper and flatbed trailers to 35 from 30 (otherwise they are just inferior to non-articulated ones)
- increased power of hopper and flatbed articulated and trailer vehicles (so they can reach max speed at some point when full)

Hi, I'm currently playing OpenTTD with the latest Chill's Patch Pack and the horse carriages in eGRVTS 1 (eGRVTS 2 doesn't even appear in the list of grfs after I add it into the data folder) don't go faster than 1km/h (even though they have written correct speed in the vehicles list), is there any solution for this problem?

The issue was fixed in eGRVTS 2, which ChillCore's Patch Pack cannot load. You'll need to play with a newer version of OpenTTD.

Disable "realistic road vehicle acceleration" (set to "original" instead).
