Light signal cannot wait!

Occasionally when placing a semaphore signal, a light signal appears instead. This is annoying as i prefer semaphors. Is there something i can do
Using TTDPatch 2.0.1 alpha.

The Ctrl key bit is stuck. Hit both of them once to release it.

You'll then have to replace the signal manually or use
Cht: semaphores 1
to set all your signals to semaphores.
