´unable to access Transport Tycoon deluxe CD´

How do I get passed this? I have done everything the instructions say! HELP ME!
The best way I have found to fix most problems in TTD in to delete it all and then install it again. That should work. If that still doesn´t work try here:

It is the patch makers web site. That answer will be on there. Sorry I can´t find it for you but I´m rushing.
